Initiated by Desert Oasis Community Church of Christ, the newly formed CHRIST CHURCH in the Foothills resulted following dialogue among individuals from the Christian Church, Churches of Christ, and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).As a biblically based, progressive group of Christians from a diversity of backgrounds, our unity stems from a common belief in Jesus Christ. We recognize a variety of traditional and contemporary practices and expressions of worship. We honor the principle that all baptized believers are free, equal and one in Christ.
